This is the right time to start preparing for civil services examination, because if you work hard in your school time than you cover 70% of the syllabus of the civil services examination as you study NCERT books there which are more helpful in clearing IAS exams. Remember one thing that if you want to clear the exams like IAS level than you should keep your basics clear. Because if your basics are clear than you can think about the problem and can try to find the solution for the same. One more thing you should remember that never trying to learn all the things at the same time but what you read , read it with complete concentration and keep in mind for always.

Its great to see that you already know what you wants. Having that focus in 12th standard is amazing.
You would complete graduation (minimum three years ) in the meantime and eventually be eligible to appear in civil services exams. You will come across a lot of information, facts, insights, opinions, knowledge and wisdom. You have to keep this Zen focus alive for next three years. All the best !!
