Hi all,
I’m planning to start an ELSS SIP for tax-saving purposes, and I’m currently comparing funds like SBI Long Term Equity Fund, Axis Long Term Equity Fund, and Mirae Asset Tax Saver Fund. SBI’s fund seems to have a well-diversified portfolio and a decent long-term performance history.
However, I noticed that its returns have sometimes been volatile compared to a few other funds in the category. While I appreciate its focus on wealth creation, I want to understand if it’s the best choice for a balanced risk-return tradeoff.
For those who’ve invested in SBI Long Term Equity Fund, how does it perform during market corrections? Is it a good fit for a moderate-risk investor like me? And how does it compare in terms of expense ratio and fund manager strategy?
Your insights would be really helpful as I finalize my decision. Thanks in advance!”
